Photos, camera and results
Uploaded photos are read inside your own browser. HEIC/HEIF conversion, face landmark detection and scoring happen on your device. Photos, camera frames and facial landmarks are not sent to Midline or an external analysis service.
Photos and scores are kept in this tab's memory while you use the test. We do not store a history or write these results to a server database. Reloading or closing the tab clears the page's in-memory result. Camera access is requested only when you choose to use it. You can stop the preview or deny permission and upload a photo instead.
Website delivery
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Visiting a website necessarily sends connection and request information, such as an IP address, requested URL and browser headers, to its hosting provider. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver and protect the website under its own policies. This traffic does not contain the photo selected for the test.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This version does not include third-party advertising scripts, an analytics tracker or an account system. The test does not use cookies or local storage to save photos or scores.
We plan to add third-party advertising in the future. It is not active in this version. Before enabling it, we will update this policy with the advertising provider, the data it collects, its cookie or device-storage practices and any available consent choices. We will not send your selected face photo to an advertising provider.
Contact messages
If you email the team, your email provider and our mail delivery providers process that message. We receive the sender address and the content you choose to send. Please do not send face photos or sensitive personal information when reporting an issue; a description is usually enough. We use messages to respond to inquiries. We have not set a fixed automatic deletion schedule for support email.
Your choices
You can use the test without an account, decline camera permission, close the tab to clear its result, and contact us about information you have sent by email. Please see the Contact page.
